Appreciated every detail about our really lovely 4 nights stay here. The standard double room we stayed in was tidy with a bath. The staff was very helpful and competent providing the information. The location was convenient and perfect - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, it was 2 km from St German's Priory. The restaurant was really nice and the food was delicious.

The service was exceptional, the food was good. Double room for a cooked breakfast accommodated us perfectly. The personnel was competent, and the host too. It was in an ideal location very close to restaurant, and the coast.

I booked it many times and recommend. The location of the hotel was perfect, on Friday evening in the restaurant. What's more, it was next to a locally run pub.

The free parking was nearby, excellent service.

The Standard Double Room impresses with ample space and a cozy atmosphere. The pub boasts a vibrant ambiance, ideal for enjoying a pint or two after sunset.

Road noise from the front of the building can be intrusive, especially for light sleepers. The steep stairs might pose difficulties for anyone with mobility issues, limiting access. Some basic amenities, like towels and a mat in the bathroom, were absent upon arrival, and a lack of soundproofing means you might hear bar chatter or street activity, especially late at night.

Lloyd and kirsty were fantastic hosts. The location is fine, close to port elliot estate, and the meals were delicious. What really stood out was the packed lunch they made us when we missed breakfast. The locals, including the minchello brothers, were great, even helping us fix our car!

The location was perfect for exploring south east cornwall, surrounded by fine scenery. Our hosts, lloyd and kirsty, were fantastic. They even helped fix our car! The meals were delicious, and the room was freshly decorated and quiet.
